1. Two Baskin-Robbins Locations Inside USJ

There are two distinct spots to grab your favorite ice cream inside the park:

  • Amity Ice Cream (Amity Village): Located near the giant shark at the Jaws attraction. This spot is super popular because you can get an exclusive Minion (Bob and Tim) cup and spoon set! You can take them home as a cute souvenir.
  • Louie’s N.Y. Pizza Parlor Terrace (Near Minion Park): This is a hidden gem! Located on the terrace of the pizza parlor, it is often less crowded than the Amity location. They also have lovely terrace seating, and you are allowed to bring your ice cream inside the restaurant. *Note: This location doesn’t show up as an ice cream shop on the official USJ app, so search for the pizza parlor instead!

2. Price Comparison: Is it More Expensive at USJ?

Since it is inside a theme park, you might expect the prices to be much higher. We compared the USJ prices to a regular store in Osaka, and here is the result:

  • Single Scoop: 400 yen at USJ (Equivalent to a regular “Kids” size, which is normally around 320 yen).
  • Double Scoop: 550 yen at USJ (A regular “Small Double” is normally around 510 yen).

The Verdict: While the single scoop is slightly marked up, the double scoop is only 40 yen more expensive than a regular store! If you want the best value for your money at USJ, getting a double scoop is definitely the way to go.

3. 12 Flavors to Choose From & Store-Exclusive Menus

Unlike regular stores that have 31 flavors, the USJ locations offer a carefully selected menu of 12 flavors—which is still a fantastic variety for a theme park! You can also turn your ice cream into a refreshing float.

While 9 of the flavors are available at both shops, each location has 3 exclusive flavors:

  • Only at Amity Ice Cream: Rocky Road, Orange Sorbet, and Love Potion 31.
  • Only at Louie’s N.Y. Pizza Parlor: Jamoca Almond Fudge, Banana & Strawberry, and Nuts to You.

Make sure to check which store has your favorite flavor before you go. Enjoy a sweet, cooling break during your USJ adventure!
